Royal Dice
Last year the new look of Royal Dice was released. This involved lots of tasks including developing a new styleguide, redesigning each screen, implementing all the new behaviours, refining animations and updating assets. It was quite an undertaking, but I am proud of the results.
With the new style in mind, many icons had to be reworked to fit properly.
Icons such as the Mode icons, which were made with a 3D base model in blender and beautified a bit in Photoshop.
Royal Dice’s mascot “Dicey” has had a couple updates through the years, I was in charge of the latest one which is currently live.
Updated facial features, character sheet with expressions and new animations made both in Unity and Spine to help this little fella’ come to life.
A big part of Royal Dice is the cups! Users can collect them to personalize their experience, here are some examples of cups I made. Holiday cups are always fun to do.
